Do you contact subcontractors or suppliers?
That is not included automatically. Any outreach or bid-management responsibility must be defined and approved separately.
Can we provide our labor and material rates?
Yes. Contractor-provided rates can be used when supplied in a suitable format and their application is agreed.
Who is responsible for the submitted bid?
The general contractor remains responsible for reviewing and approving the final bid, scope, qualifications and pricing.
